Product Description

The LG 5889w2a015a is a genuine OEM turntable assembly designed to restore proper rotation function inside an LG microwave oven. The turntable assembly supports and rotates the glass tray during cooking cycles, ensuring even heat distribution throughout the cavity. This part is sourced directly from LG as an original equipment manufacturer component, meaning it meets the same fit and performance standards as the part it replaces. Appliance technicians and experienced DIYers install this assembly when the existing turntable coupling, motor support, or tray rotation system has worn out or broken.

This turntable assembly is intended for use in LG microwave ovens where the original rotating tray mechanism has failed. Common install scenarios include units where the glass tray no longer spins, the drive coupling has cracked, or the support ring has become damaged. Because this is a genuine OEM part, it is intended as a direct drop-in replacement without modification.
