Product Description

The HUSQVARNA 532196131 is an OEM-style idler pulley bracket designed for use in Husqvarna lawn and garden equipment drive systems. The idler pulley bracket serves as the mounting point for the idler pulley, maintaining proper belt tension across the deck or transmission drive belt. Without correct tension, drive belts slip, wear prematurely, or fail to transfer power efficiently. Licensed technicians and experienced equipment service professionals install this part as a direct replacement during routine drivetrain maintenance or after bracket failure caused by fatigue or impact damage.

This bracket is intended for Husqvarna-branded lawn and garden equipment that uses an idler pulley tensioning system in its deck or drive belt configuration. It is a commonly serviced component on riding mowers and zero-turn platforms where belt tension is managed by a spring-loaded or fixed idler arm assembly. Installation typically arises during seasonal service, belt replacement, or after a mowing strike causes bracket deformation.
