Product Description

The RYOBI 660077002 is a genuine OEM oil plug designed to seal the engine oil reservoir on RYOBI and RIDGID equipment. Threaded at M10 x 1, this plug maintains a leak-free seal at the drain or fill port, preventing oil loss during operation. It is a direct OEM replacement part, meaning fitment and thread engagement match original factory specifications. Technicians and service pros reach for OEM plugs like this one when a stripped, cracked, or missing plug has compromised the oil system. Proper sealing is essential to maintaining oil pressure and preventing engine damage from low-oil conditions.

This oil plug is suited for small engine and power tool service applications involving RYOBI and RIDGID equipment that use an M10 x 1 threaded oil port. It applies to routine maintenance intervals such as oil changes on generators, compressors, and similar equipment where the drain plug is removed and reinstalled repeatedly. Over time, threads can wear or the plug can be lost during service, making a genuine replacement the most reliable fix.

Installation Notes

This part is typically installed by small engine technicians or equipment service professionals during oil drain and refill procedures.
