Product Description

The HOMELITE ps01718 is a torsional spring designed as a replacement component for Homelite lawn and garden power equipment. A torsional spring stores and releases rotational energy, maintaining tension on moving assemblies such as triggers, levers, throttle linkages, or guard mechanisms. This type of spring is a precision-fit component — correct installation restores proper tension and operational feel to the mechanism it supports. Technicians and experienced service professionals handle this part during routine maintenance or repair of handheld and walk-behind outdoor power equipment.

This torsional spring is applicable to Homelite lawn and garden equipment lines where the original ps01718 spring has worn, broken, or lost tension. Common install scenarios include chainsaw throttle assemblies, trimmer trigger mechanisms, blower control linkages, or other spring-loaded pivot points within Homelite power equipment. The part is sourced as a genuine Homelite component, making it appropriate for OEM-quality repairs.
