Air Horn Perimeter Alarm Device

Add an audible warning system to campsites, hunting camps, property boundaries, sheds, vehicles, equipment, and other areas with this 3D Printed Air Horn Perimeter Alarm. Designed to work with a standard 1.4 oz air horn (not included), this spring-triggered alarm gives you four different ways to activate the horn depending on how you want to use it.

The alarm uses a spring-loaded mechanism that sits beneath the air horn. It can be activated by stepping on the top of the unit or by using the included pull-pin setup. The locking screw allows you to choose between a short burst or continuous activation.

Air horn is NOT included. This alarm is designed for use with a standard 1.4 oz air horn measuring approximately 6.5 inches tall x 2.5 inches wide.

Four Ways to Use the Alarm

1. Step-On — Single Burst
Leave the pull pin and locking screw out. When the top is stepped on, the mechanism activates the air horn for a single burst rather than continuously.

2. Step-On — Continuous Alarm
Leave the pull pin out and install the locking screw in the bottom locking hole. When the top is stepped on, the horn remains activated and will continue sounding until the air horn is empty.

3. Pull-Pin — Single Activation
Install the cotter pin as the pull-pin and leave the locking screw out. Pulling the pin activates the mechanism and sounds the air horn.

4. Pull-Pin — Continuous Alarm
Install both the pull pin and locking screw. When the pull pin is removed, the air horn activates and continues sounding until the air horn is empty.
