Marine Trim and Tilt Impact Tool

Marine Trim and Tilt Impact Tool (AMT0012)

When a pin wrench cannot break a seized trim/tilt end cap loose, the AMT0012 is the next step. It drives into the cap using a standard air hammer and removes it without the risk of damaging the tilt rod or cylinder body. This is a destructive removal method. The end cap cannot be réuséd after removal, but the cylinder and rod are preserved for resealing.

Key Features

Last-resort removal tool for seized hydraulic trim/tilt end caps that will not respond to a pin wrench
Works with any standard air hammer with a 10mm round shank
Preserves the cylinder and tilt rod during removal
Destructive method — end cap is not reusable after removal
Lifetime warranty on tool body

Compatibility

Fits hydraulic trim/tilt end caps on Yamaha, Mercury, Johnson, and Evinrude outboards.
