Shipping:

All merchandise will ship securely either in a box, hard tube, bubble envelope, or other packaging as needed. All merchandise will be packed carefully with bubble wrap, foam, peanuts, or paper as needed. We ship with clean repurposed packing material and boxes.

We ship using either USPS, FedEx or UPS. All items will ship within 2 days of payment. We generally ship via USPS Priority, First Class, UPS ground, FedEx ground or Media Mail (when applicable).

Signature confirmation, insurance, and expedited shipping methods can be added upon request. Fees are subject to change for any additional upgrades.

We reserve the right to add insurance and/or signature confirmation at our own discretion. If this is the case, we will cover the costs associated with these upgrades.

We will ship ONLY to the address on file with Ebay. We will not accept new addresses after payment.

Testing:

All items that can be tested will be tested. We may not have the ability to test certain items based on the equipment and knowledge that we have. If an item has not been tested, or cannot be tested, we will mention this in the ad. If an item is being sold “as is,” it means that we’ve tested the item and could not get it to work. Often it means a simple fix is required or we tested the item incorrectly.
