This is HID's dual-frequency contactless smart card reader, widely used for secure PC login, physical/network access control, and secure print authentication in corporate and government environments.

Key features:

Dual frequency support — reads both low and high frequency credentials simultaneously, including HID Prox, Indala Prox, EM Prox, MIFARE Classic, MIFARE DESFire EV1, iCLASS, iCLASS SE, and iCLASS Seos

CCID interface — plug-and-play on most operating systems with no driver installation required

Meets ISO 14443 A/B and ISO 15693 standards

Removable card retainer design

Ideal for: access control systems, secure PC/network login (smart card authentication), secure print release stations, system integrators, and organizations migrating between card credential technologies.

Condition: New, Open Box. Box was opened for inspection only — reader itself is unused and untested-by-us beyond visual inspection, but shows no signs of wear.
