Terms of Sale

-What You See is What You Get

If the item up for sale is tested, we will state so clearly. We have such a large array of items that we are not always able to test everything. If an item ships with any software or accessories, it will be clearly stated in the item description, and pictured. Always look at the pictures to see what is included in each auction or sale. If it is not in the item description, and it is not pictured, it is not included in the auction.

-Bidding & Buying

Your bid is a contract - Place a bid only if you are serious about buying the item. If you are the winning bidder, you will enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item. If payment is not received within 7 days or we are not contacted for payment arrangements within 5 days, the item may be offered to the next highest bidder, or relisted at our discretion. Sales Tax will be charged to all items shipped within Utah at 6.875%.

-Payment

Payment is expected within 3 days, unless other arrangements are made.

We accept payments through PayPal only. We accept credit cards through PayPal.

-Shipping & Pickup

Shipping prices quoted are for the lower 48 USA unless otherwise stated. We use FedEx for most packages over 2 lbs. and the US Postal Service for most packages under 2 lbs. on domestic shipments in most cases.

If your address is a PO box and the package is over 2 lbs it will most likely ship FedEx, we will request that you give us your business or residential address to ship to instead. Items over $250 including shipping, will require additional shipping charges to PO boxes and will require a signature and proof of identification upon pick-up.

Be sure to double-check your shipping address. If an item gets sent back to us because of an incorrect address, you must pay to have it shipped again. If we send the item to the wrong address because of an error on your part, we cannot issue you a refund. Again, check the shipping address that both eBay and PayPal have on file for your account. If either is incorrect, correct the information before bidding to ensure you receive the item without any issues.

We will not declare merchandise values below their actual value, nor will we mark items as "gifts." -United States and international government regulations prohibit such behavior.

We love local pickups! Let us know when you're coming so we can get your item ready.

-International Shipping

International buyers are welcome!

The shipping price listed applies to the continental United States only. Please contact us using the messaging system provided by eBay for international shipping quotes prior to bidding.

We ship internationally using FedEx and the United States Postal Service. International buyers, please note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be, prior to bidding or buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering shipping company, or when you pick up the package. -Do not confuse these for additional shipping charges.

-Refunds & Returns

We will make every attempt possible to resolve the issue if we made a mistake, (It happens). Please do not assume a mistake is intentional.

Our return policy varies from item to item. If we are offering the option to return, we will state so clearly. We try to describe every item accurately, so that there is no question in regard to the condition and known functionality of the item.

If we are accepting returns on an item, it must be returned in its original box, with all packing materials. If it is factory sealed, it must be returned factory sealed. We stamp all items with an ultraviolet (invisible) ink stamp. This stamp does not affect the functionality or value of the item. Upon receiving your returned item, we will use this stamp to verify that it is the same item which was originally sent.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility, without exception.

Items being sold "as-is" are non-refundable.

If you feel uneasy about bidding on an item that is being sold as-is, you may contact us with any specific questions you have, or simply buy a similar item from another source. Losing a sale costs everyone less time, money, and hassle than accepting returns and issuing refunds on as-is items. We appreciate your cooperation.

If you receive an item from us, and it does not arrive in the condition described in the listing, please contact us so that we may resolve the issue. Please do not open a case with eBay. We guarantee that we will do all we can to satisfy you.

-Leaving 5 Star Feedback

5 star ratings across the board is our goal.

100% customer satisfaction is our goal.

We use an automated eBay feedback response system. If you are happy with the product, please leave positive feedback and we will automatically leave positive feedback for you.

If you are unhappy with the transaction for any reason, please contact us first to try and resolve. If you do leave negative or neutral feedback you waive your rights for support regarding any problems with us and open yourself up for possible negative feedback.

We are not a giant corporate entity. We are ordinary, hard working people who are striving to help other ordinary people, and our ability to do so is affected in a powerful way by the feedback you leave for us on eBay.

-Contact

Please contact us through the ebay message system. In most cases messages are answered within 24 hours.
