Shipping

All of our items are guaranteed to ship within 3 business days of purchase, unless we are on time away and you will see the delayed ship date by the listing. If you wish to have an item shipped with a specific service or get to you faster, please CONTACT US first before you make your purchase, that way we can charge you the appropriate amount for the extra shipping cost and get it to you quicker.

We DO NOT use shipping sites outside of ebay, we will not use any outside accounts to ship orders. Please promptly contact us before purchasing if you have questions relating to this.

Returns

We have a 100% money back guarantee on all purchases returned within 30 days. After the 30 day return window we cannot guarantee or offer refunds. Per eBay policy we cannot send refunds for orders until we have received the item back in the mail, an exception to this would be if the order was lost in shipping.

Used Items

We have a large variety of used items in our store helping deliver to customers what they need at a low price. We strive to make sure that each pre-owned item is in working condition, however some items may not be functional.

PLEASE DO NOT go straight into starting a return on an item that doesn't work. Many times we can send a replacement or refund you immediately. Returns for used parts are rarely necessary. Please keep this in mind.
