Falcon Restaurant Supply buys and sells quality new and used restaurant equipment and supplies. Our 15,000 sq. ft. showroom in Springfield, IL is open to the public and has the largest selection of Quality used equipment and small wares in Central Illinois. We also carry many brands of New equipment. We have a full service department that tests and cleans everything we sell (unless otherwise specified) and we can ship anywhere in the US. We normally have just about anything you might need for your restaurant, bar or convenience store in stock so if you don't see what you need listed here, simply contact us and we will get you taken care of. Shipping

Shipping: Shipping is a Flat Rate on this item to a Commercial address. If you will need any special delivery requirements including a Residential delivery, liftgate or prior notice before delivery, please let us know immediately upon purchase so we can get that arranged. If you want to pick it up yourself, just let us know and we will re-invoice you without the shipping. Once payment is received your item will usually ship within 1-2 business days to allow for Palletizing.
*IMPORTANT*
It is your responsibility to inspect all shipments for damage BEFORE YOU SIGN for the shipment. If the item has minor damage, you need to document the damage with photos and notes on the delivery receipt. If the damage is substantial - refuse the shipment! DO NOT SIGN for the item - Take plenty of photos and alert us immediately. We generally insure the shipment for the value of the item, but it is VERY IMPORTANT that you understand we are not responsible for any damages that occur during shipping. It is your responsibility to handle any freight damage claims through the shipping company.

Returns

Returns: Our number one goal is to make sure our customers are 100% satisfied with their purchases so they will come back next time. But we simply cannot accept returns on items shipped via Freight, or after they have been picked up from our facility, due to the many factors out of our control. We test everything (unless otherwise explained in the description) before it is listed and usually again before it leaves our warehouse. Transportation can be very hard on used items and occasionally an issue will crop up during transport that is actually no one's fault. If it is something that we can easily help you with, we will, but we are not responsible for accepting a return of the item. And in no case are we responsible for the return shipping of the item. If you would like to pick up the item at our showroom, we will gladly test it for you before you leave with it.
