The Sun Hydraulics EBY OLE-A2 is a sandwich-style hydraulic manifold designed for ISO 03 interface systems, featuring cross pilot functionality on A and B ports, robust 6061-T651 aluminum construction, and a stack height of 1.75 inches for flexible integration in hydraulic circuits.

Overview and Features

The EBY manifold is part of Sun Hydraulics' sandwich-style series, optimized for compact hydraulic systems where multiple modular valves or circuits are required

Key features include:

Interface: ISO 03, compatible with standard cartridge valves and sub-plates.
Stack Style: Sandwich configuration allows stacking with other manifolds or valve modules. The design includes end profiling to facilitate alignment and aesthetic uniformity .
Cross Pilot Functionality: Installed for both A and B ports, enabling enhanced control in complex hydraulic circuits and smoother pilot signal distribution .
Material: Constructed from 6061-T651 aluminum, selected for its balance of mechanical strength, corrosion resistance, and machinability, without requiring anodizing.
Cavities: Includes two open cavities T11A, enabling integration with additional hydraulic components or custom configurations.
Stack Height: 1.75 inches (44.5 mm), measured including the seal retainer plate, supporting compact installation
Corrosion Resistance: The aluminum alloy provides excellent durability in harsh environments without surface treatment; anodization is avoided to prevent reduced fatigue life, increased cost, and torque issues during assembly.
