Our prices beat the competition....

These ER32 Bearing Collet Nuts won't improve your machines accuracy much (maybe .0002") but they will extend your tool life.

Normal collets can get scratched as they are tightened inside the tool holder cone.

These bearing nuts float the collet in the center of the tool holder and as they are tightened, they won't spin the collet and therefore they don't scratch the tool holder, spindle cone or the collet.

We use only gear & bearing steel, be weary of those using brass centers, they have been known to fail.

Can be used on any ER32 tool holder like- ISO30, ISO40, HSK63A & HSK63F

YES !! you can use these on an auto tool changing system or on an ER32 collet spindle for those making manual tool changes.

These nuts have the standard M40 x 1.5 thread cut.

Examples, These are a direct fit for Biesse, CMS, CNT Motion, CR Onsrud, DMS, Flexicam, Multicam, Northwood, Techno, Laguna, Thermwood and many more...

Improved design, shipping weight is only 170 grams or 6 ounces each.

Is 5 too many?, see our other listings and get just one.

Don’t pay outrageous manufacturers prices.

That's right, they charge two or three as much for the same nut with or without a tool holder.

WE have the lowest prices because we supply some of your CNC manufacturers.

As always, if you're not satisfied, just return them for a full refund.

If 5 is too many, see our other listings for individual pieces.
