Selling units as used, unknown working condition. The standard technical specifications for the Wallace & Tiernan (Pennwalt / WIKA) Series 65-120 Portable Pneumatic Calibrator (commonly nicknamed the "Wally Box") are detailed below:

Core Performance Specifications

• Accuracy: ±0.066% of Full Scale

• Repeatability: 0.03% of Full Scale

• Sensitivity: 0.01% of Full Scale

• Hysteresis: 0.1% of Full Scale

• Readability: 0.02% of Full Scale

Dial & Display Features

• Dial Diameter: 8.5 inches (215 mm)

• Scale Length: 45 inches (1140 mm) achieved via 2 full pointer revolutions

• Visual Aid: Features a custom anti-parallax mirrored band behind the pointer for highly precise alignment.

• Dual-Scale Calibration Range (Standard):

• Outer Scale (Positive Pressure): -100 to 0 to 850 Inches of Water (inH₂O)

• Inner Scale (PSI): -3.6 to 0 to 30.6 PSI

• Note: Dial markings in the negative/vacuum range are printed in red; positive pressure is in black.

Physical & Mechanical Attributes

• Pressure Mechanism: Ni-Span C capsule-type pressure element. Provides extreme temperature stability and direct, frictionless mechanical linkage amplification.

• Power Requirements: Fully mechanical dial. Requires 0V electrical power, making it completely intrinsically safe for deployment in classified Hazardous Areas.

• Allowed Media: Strictly clean, non-corrosive gases/air only. Incompatible with liquids.

• Inlet Filtration: Integrated moisture and oil filter on the main air supply terminal block.

• Max Case Pressure: 35 PSI

• Overpressure Protection: Built-in relief valve safeguards the inner capsule mechanism up to 90 PSI, while a secondary relief dump valve guards the aluminum chassis up to 10x the maximum case rating.

Dimensions & Portability

• Chassis Material: Heavy anodized aluminum panel fitted into a ruggedized carrying case shell.

• Net Weight: 20 lbs (9.1 kg)

• Shipping Weight: 24–26 lbs

• Enclosure Size: Approximately 17.5 × 12 × 7.5 inches
