Festo JFA Louver Groover Machine

All motors tested. We also tested different features once powered up. Everything seems to work as it should. We did not try and set it up to run material. The factory the machine came from was a Yacht manufacture that closed in October 2025. So it has been sitting since.

This machine cuts the grooves in the wood for the slanted louvers to fit. It will cut 2 grooves simultaneously and automatically. It has 2 start buttons on the front the machine to start 3 motors on board. It will cut and automatically move the wood forward to cut the next set of groves.

You can adjust the angles and spacing and shapes.

I included pictures of a cut sheet IN GERMAN, so you can get a pictorial idea of what it does.

Out of all the machines we could find on Google, None had the extra long outrigger with the motor for comparison.

We are located just North of Tampa Florida. Feel free to come inspect.

Our loading and palleting is included. But the machine will require two pallets to ship. The second being at least 115". That's to big to ship in a enclosed semi.

So, local pickup with your own vehicle or a hotshot shipper would be best,
