Used Equipment Condition

Unless otherwise stated, items sold through this listing are used equipment and may show normal cosmetic wear from previous professional use.

Used equipment is tested for basic functionality as described in the listing, but it may not include recent manufacturer calibration, certification, or servicing unless specifically stated.

Buyers are responsible for verifying calibration requirements and compatibility with their intended applications.

Testing and Inspection Acknowledgment

The item has been tested and inspected to the extent described in the listing. Photos included in the listing are considered part of the item description and accurately represent the item’s condition at the time of sale.

By purchasing or bidding on this item, the buyer acknowledges that they have reviewed the description and photos, understand the condition of the item, and have had the opportunity to ask questions prior to purchase.

Used Laser Scanner Accuracy Notice

For listings involving used laser scanners or survey scanning equipment, accuracy specifications are manufacturer reference specifications when the instrument is properly calibrated. Unless a current calibration certificate is specifically included in the listing, Frontier Precision does not guarantee measurement accuracy for survey or engineering applications, and buyers may wish to obtain professional calibration or certification prior to critical use.

Returns

Unless otherwise stated, used equipment sales are considered final.

However, if there is a verifiable discrepancy between the listing description and the item received, or if the item does not perform as described, we will accept a return within 30 days of delivery.

Please contact us prior to returning any item so we can provide return instructions. Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed the same day.

When appropriate, alternative resolutions such as partial refunds or discounts may also be considered.

Return Condition Requirements

Returned items must be in the same condition as originally shipped, including all accessories, packaging, and components.

Items showing signs of tampering, modification, misuse, or missing components may be subject to partial refunds or return denial.

Serial Numbers and Anti-Tampering Policy

To protect both the buyer and seller, serial numbers and identifying marks are recorded prior to shipment.

Returns will only be accepted for the original item shipped. Any return that does not match the recorded serial number or identifying marks will not be accepted and will be reported to eBay.

Used Batteries

When equipment is sold with used batteries, please note that battery life is not guaranteed.

All included batteries are tested for basic functionality prior to shipment; however, capacity and longevity cannot be guaranteed due to normal battery wear. Check description carefully for battery notes.

Frontier Precision strongly recommends purchasing new batteries to ensure reliable field performance.
