NEW SURPLUS SMC AS2301F-U01-06 / AS2301FU0106 QTY 1

QTY 1 Individual SMC AS2301F-U01-06 per order.

The SMC AS2301F-U01-06 is a high-precision, universal-type pneumatic flow control valve (speed controller) designed to regulate the exhaust airflow rate in pneumatic systems. Manufactured by SMC Corporation, this component integrates a meter-out needle valve with a built-in one-touch push-to-connect fitting to reduce assembly time and save machine space.

Key Technical Specifications

Thread Connection: 1/8" Uni-Thread male connection (compatible with Rc, G, NPT, and NPTF female threads).
Tube Outer Diameter (OD): 6mm push-to-connect fitting.
Control Type: Meter-out (controls flow leaving the cylinder/system).
Operating Pressure Range: 0.1 to 1.0 MPa (1 to 10 bar).
Proof Pressure: 1.5 MPa.
Operating Temperature: -5°C to 60°C (with no freezing).
Materials: Polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) body, nickel-plated brass thread, and Nitrile (NBR) seals.

Feature Breakdown

360-Degree Flexibility: The universal body structure allows the piping direction to be oriented fully across 360 degrees, easing configuration challenges in confined spaces.
Pre-applied Thread Sealant: Eliminates the need for external thread-wrapping tape, reducing installation steps and risk of contamination.
Needle Retainer Mechanism: Built with an integrated safety feature that prevents the needle valve from accidentally backing out completely during adjustment.
