Part number listed is what is being sold. We use stock photos in many of our listings. If it looks like a professional photographer took the picture, you are probably looking at a stock photo. Many times these photos are meant to be representative of what you will receive--if photos show more or less than you expect to see, rest assured that part number is what you will receive. For example, if catalog number suggests that contact blocks are not included yet they are pictured, they are not included. We have knowledgeable sales staff; if you have any doubt about what you need, please drop us a line--we'd be glad to help.

Important: We try to be fair with shipping charges and will work with you on shipping price; please message us through eBay messaging before you pay for an adjustment in shipping charges. Note that this only works when you use buy it now; purchasing through shopping cart does not allow us to revise your invoice. If you do not message us, we assume that you are fine with the charges and will give you quickest service possible for amount paid. For example, you purchase 5 legend plates and pay the $18 that ebay charges you. We will put it in a USPS flat rate express envelope and you will generally receive next day depending on post office service levels.

FYI: we have no idea what eBay means by expedited shipping. As a matter of policy we ship all orders same day. Please don't expect air shipments for the extra $5.00 eBay charges; if you need a package next day or two day, message us for freight quotation.

All shipping charges quoted are to continental US only; please message us for quote to AK, HI, PR, GU, PO Boxes, and APO addresses. We will not ship on your UPS or third party account. Though we do this for our traditional customers, we have discontinued this practice for sales made through this site. Bad people who reversed shipping charges back to us ruined this practice for good people.
