Mixer/head unit, factory-bagged unused gaskets/washers, gas hose, and keys. Mobile stand not included (available if the buyer covers freight). REF NOX-PLUS-070 · SN NXP7-1851 · Manufactured 2024 · Made in USA.

The Nitronox Plus is a patient-controlled nitrous oxide/oxygen analgesia system made by Porter Instrument, a division of Parker Hannifin, in Hatfield, PA (Made in USA). It delivers a self-administered, on-demand blend of N₂O and O₂ for fast-onset, fast-recovery pain management, used in labor & delivery, emergency/urgent care, EMS, and dental/office-based procedures.

The operator sets nitrous oxide on a continuously adjustable dial from 0% to 70% N₂O (balance oxygen), with a 100% oxygen flush for rapid recovery. Gas is drawn through an internal, accessible demand valve that flows only when the patient inhales through the breathing circuit, keeping delivery patient-triggered.

Flow capability is up to 100 L/min total at the 50/50 setting and up to 80 L/min at other settings, operating on medical O₂ and N₂O supply pressures of 45–60 psi each.

Safety systems: a fail-safe that shuts off nitrous oxide if oxygen flow is lost, an audible low-gas whistle alarm (~35 psi), a key-lock security mechanism, and a safety-function test button to verify the fail-safe before use.
