Payment: I accept only Paypal and payment within 3 days after the deal. For EU business buyers, a VAT number is needed for a free VAT invoice.

Shipping: Within 1-2 working days after payment. Delivery time is about 14 days but this may vary due to postal process and unpredictable factors like the weather, strikes etc. I cannot hold responsible for any damage during shipping. Buyer is responsible for additional duties, taxes.

Refunds/Replacements: Due to the nature of business , refund or replacement ONLY to fault items is accepted. Buyer must contact me to send the return items back. Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of the order, in original condition including the receipt or the invoice. Returning postage costs are responsibility of the buyer. Returns due to post damage or loss are not accepted.
