Terms of Sale

NOTE to all buyers: Since nearly 95% of the items that I sell are old, used, or vintage, they are offered in "AS-IS" condition. Since "used" items can have many issues it is many times impossible for me to list, see, or know all the flaws; however, I will always try to describe the item to the best of my ability and provide pictures that are representative of the item(s) condition, but if an item is being sold as "used" it is being sold "as is". My descriptions will be as honest and as accurate as possible; but because I'm no expert your comments and corrections are most welcome. Feel free to email me your questions or comments before you purchase, I will gladly insert your correction in my listing, or answer your question. All of my merchandise is guaranteed! If you feel an item was misrepresented, you may return the item for a refund, please EMAIL ME FIRST before you return your item. I give refunds on clear, non-disputable misrepresentation that is brought to my attention. For example, if I said that an item is not chipped, and it is; OR if I said a product works and it does not. Remember, it is the buyer’s responsibility to read my description, my item specifics, and view my picture(s) closely before purchasing. Thank you.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:
IF YOU ARE AN INTERNATIONAL BUYER, PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT YOU MAY BE CHARGED A TARIFF OR TAX ON YOUR ITEM. EVERY COUNTRY CHARGES A DIFFERENT TAX, SO PLEASE BEFORE YOU BUY MAKE SURE YOU KNOW WHAT ADDITIONAL AMOUNT OF MONEY YOU MAY HAVE TO PAY WHEN YOUR ITEM ARRIVES TO YOU IN YOUR COUNTRY.

NOTE: The easiest and the best advice for my international buyers is to have you go to your local post office and ask them to specifically determine what the import tax might be on your specific item from the United States that you are purchasing from me. This may be silly but I have had many international buyers that are shocked at the high tariff they had to pay when their item arrived in their country. I would think if the item is quite expensive it is possible that the tax may also be quite expensive too. So please check before you bid or buy to avoid any disappointments when your item arrives to you in your country. Do also keep in mind that there are some countries that we have a "Free Trade Agreement" with, that have no import tax or tariff, so perhaps when you check you will find that your country is one of our FTA countries.

I CAN CHANGE THIS LISTING TO EBAY’S “GLOBAL SHIPPING”. EBAY’S “GLOBAL SHIPPING” CHARGES YOU FOR THE SHIPPING AND FOR YOUR TARIFF OR IMPORT TAX ALL UP FRONT SO THAT THERE WILL BE NO HOLD UP FOR YOU IN YOUR COUNTRY. IF THIS IS THE WAY YOU WOULD LIKE TO HANDLE THE SHIPPING OF YOUR ITEM, PLEASE LET ME KNOW AND I WILL CHANGE THE LISTING SO THAT YOU CAN CHOOSE THAT OPTION. Currently I do not offer this option because it typically cost you a little more for this service, and it takes a little longer for your item to get to you using this option.

In addition, for my international buyers it is illegal for me to say your purchased item is a gift and/or to under value it on a customs declaration form. Also, I must sign this customs form verifying the accuracy of the information. So, for this reason do not buy or bid on this auction if you intend to ask me to, or hope that I am willing to, misrepresent this item on a customs form. I will not.

Finally, many countries have very strict import regulations. All International bidders on this auction understand that pnmsales uses the United States Postal Service for their International Shipping. Also, my international bidders agree, that if through the USPS web site, it is discovered at any time during the checkout and shipping process that the item cannot be imported, and is listed as prohibited, that the sell will be cancelled, and a full refund will be made to the buyer.

Thank-you!!!
