For parts or not working

Condition description

FOR PARTS OR REPAIR – NOT FULLY FUNCTIONAL.

ABB Totalflow XFC 6413 G4 flow computer with 400 inH2O DP / 1500 PSIA static pressure XIMV sensor assembly.

Unit powers up, boots normally, communicates with PCCU, display operates, and communication ports were bench tested. However, the pressure sensor assembly failed testing. Static pressure readings are out of tolerance and the differential pressure reading exhibits drift/instability.

This unit is being sold strictly AS-IS for parts, repair, rebuilding, or component salvage. It is NOT being represented as a calibrated or fully functional flow computer.

Please review all photos and included bench-test documentation before purchasing.

Bench Test Results

The unit was bench tested by Reef Energy Services.

Functions that tested operational:

* Powers up and boots normally

* No Device Loader hang

* PCCU local connection successful

* PCCU interface/communication functional

* Display operational

* COMM 1 functional

* COMM 2 functional

* RS232 communication functional

* Stable connection during approximately 1-hour functional test

* No unexpected reboots observed

Known failure / reason for Parts or Repair classification:

The XIMV pressure sensor assembly is defective/out of tolerance.

Static pressure showed excessive error during the 0–1500 PSIA five-point test. Differential pressure also exhibited drift/instability during testing.

The attached trend/stability test illustrates the DP reading drifting approximately toward -0.10 inH2O over the test period.

The unit is therefore classified:

LEVEL 2 – BENCH TESTED / PARTS & REPAIR

The included test report documents the condition and measured results.
