Important Electrical Information:

The motor supports 115/230 V, 50/60 Hz operation, but this pump is supplied configured for 230 V single-phase power.

Please verify your local voltage, frequency and electrical connection before switching on the pump. Voltage conversion or motor wiring changes should only be performed by a qualified electrician in accordance with the Edwards operating manual.

Please contact us before ordering if you require a particular mains plug or power-cable configuration.

Important Operating Information:

This is an oil-sealed vacuum pump and must contain the correct quantity and type of pump oil before operation.
The pump must be installed upright in a sufficiently ventilated location.
The exhaust must not be blocked.
The oil-mist filter and exhaust line must be installed correctly.
Do not use the pump with oxygen-rich, flammable, explosive, highly corrosive or otherwise hazardous gases unless the complete system has been professionally designed and approved for that application.
Ultimate pressure depends on the oil condition, system cleanliness, gas load, operating mode and vacuum-system configuration.
Please confirm chemical and process compatibility before purchasing.
