International Buyers:

We welcome international bidders, but suggest you contact us for a shipping quote, as we will only ship via Express Mail International, which is more costly, but gives us confirmation upon deliver, for bidders with low feedback or any items over 100usd. We apologize for this inconvenience, but due to the number of scammers we have encountered over the years, we have no other options. Please keep in mind customs fees will be the responsibility of the buyer and vary depending on value and country. Also, be sure to request a shipping quote before purchasing an item.

Returns:

Returns will be accepted in accordance with our return policy. Refunds will be processed after inspection of items and will be credited within 3 Business days so long as items are un-tampered with or damaged occurring from improper installation or use. Please do not attempt to open any units as refunds will not be accepted for items that have been internally opened, electrically altered, or any other alterations of which indicates parts being removed or swapped. If you have a problem with an item, please contact us first, as opening cases just further delays the process.
