SHIPPING

Q: WHAT SHIPPING COURIER DO YOU USE? HOW FAST?

A: Our system chooses from either of DHL or FedEx as our standard couriers to worldwide destinations. As we are located halfway round the world for most buyers, please allow 4 to 7 working days for your item to arrive via this shipping method. If you do not prefer this method, please send us message BEFORE payment. Thank you.

Q: CAN I USE MY OWN COURIER ACCOUNT?

A: Yes, you can use your own DHL/TNT/UPS/FEDEX courier account. But for UPS and TNT couriers, please create the shipping label and send it to us. We will then arrange the booking and pick-up service. Please finalize prior to purchase so we can revise the listing to zero out the shipping cost.

Q: DO YOU SHIP VIA POST OFFICE?

A: Due to extended transit time, tracking concerns, and higher cost compared to DHL/FedEx, we discourage shipping via this method. But if you will insist, please message us for the cost. Please understand that by selecting this shipping method, you waive your rights of filing "ITEM NOT RECEIVED" complaint with Ebay and/or PayPal for a period of 90 days from the date we shipped your item, otherwise, please do not proceed.

Q: DO YOU SHIP TO RUSSIA?

A: No.

Q: IS THE STATED SHIPPING COST FINAL?

A: For single quantity, our stated shipping rate is our DISCOUNTED best estimate and are mostly based on actual weight. In the event that you are located in a country which will entail VERY HIGH shipping cost from Manila and/or the item you will purchase will have HIGH VOLUMETRIC WEIGHT and will not be covered by the shipping cost you paid, WE WILL NOT SHIP. Instead, we will need to inform you first on the available courier options and with your agreement will request to send additional fund to cover shipping cost. If any of us will not agree, full refund is always guaranteed. For multiple quantity orders of small items, we can offer shipping discount.

PAYMENT

Q: WHAT PAYMENT METHOD DO YOU ACCEPT?

A: We can accept PayPal and Payoneer payments.

WARRANTY

Q: DO YOU OFFER WARRANTY?

A: Yes, we offer 30-days money back guarantee for all our items EXCEPT for items declared as "AS-IS / FOR PARTS". Please read carefully before you buy. Our items declared "AS IS" and "FOR PARTS" carry no warranty, no returns, and no refund.

Q: HOW CAN I CLAIM FOR WARRANTY / REFUND?

A: As we sent you pictures/videos prior to purchase, please send us pictures/videos on your set-up detailing the problem for our technical department's consumption and please also show that our warranty stickers are intact. We will provide you with our US return address along with an RMA number. Refund shall be issued on the same Paypal account made for payment.

CUSTOMS

Q: CAN YOU DECLARE LOWER VALUE FOR MY SHIPMENT?

A: We always declare the actual purchase value as declaring lower purchase value is illegal by international law.

Q: HOW ABOUT CUSTOMS ISSUES AND TAXES?

A: Depending on destination, you may be required by your country's customs to pay duties and taxes and/or provide additional documentations. Please check out with your local customs office rules and regulations prior to purchase as WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURNED ITEMS DUE TO CUSTOM PROBLEMS AND YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED FOR REFUND. PLEASE NOTE THAT CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES IS ALWAYS AT THE BUYERS EXPENSE
