Features

Massive 2000 LB Capacity: Built with a fully welded, reinforced steel frame, this cart is engineered to handle punishing loads up to 2,000 lbs without buckling or flexing like inferior aluminum or bolted-frame carts.
Non-Slip Diamond Plate Deck: Safety comes standard. Unlike the cheap, slippery flat metal on other carts, our deck is made from high-traction diamond plate steel that grips your load and prevents dangerous sliding during transport.
All-Steel, Powder-Coated Frame: We use steel, not aluminum, for maximum strength and rigidity. The entire frame is powder-coated to resist rust, scratches, and the abuse of a tough industrial environment.
Smooth-Rolling 6" Casters: Move heavy loads with less effort. Two swivel and two rigid 6-inch rubber casters provide the perfect balance of maneuverability and straight-line control on concrete floors.
Fasteners Included to install casters to frame.

How to Assemble

Your platform truck cart is ready for work in minutes.

Using the included hardware, bolt the two swivel casters to the end of the deck where the handle will be installed. Bolt the two rigid casters to the opposite end.
Slide the removable steel handle into the sockets at the swivel-caster end of the cart.
Make sure all bolts are secured. Your cart is now ready for use.

FAQ

What makes this a 'heavy-duty' platform truck?

It's all in the construction. This cart features a fully welded, reinforced steel frame, a thick 1.2mm steel deck, and a massive 2,000 lb load capacity. It is built from the ground up for industrial use, not for light-duty residential tasks.

Is the deck surface slippery?

No. This is a key safety feature. The deck is made from diamond plate steel, which has a raised, textured pattern that provides far more grip than the smooth, flat steel used on cheaper platform truck carts, keeping your load secure.

What other names does this product go by?

This product is also commonly called a platform truck cart, a steel deck platform truck, a warehouse cart, or a dolly.
