CONCRETE RESURRECTION WRC WATER-BASED CONCRETE STAIN

Give plain concrete rich, natural-looking color with a professional-grade, water-based stain concentrate. WRC is semi-transparent, so it enhances the texture and character already in the concrete instead of covering it like paint.

WHAT IS WRC CONCRETE STAIN?

WRC stands for Water Reducible Concentrated Concrete Stain. It is mixed with water before use, letting you control the color intensity. Use a richer mix for deeper color or more water for a lighter, more translucent look.

WHERE CAN I USE IT?

WRC is for properly prepared, porous interior or exterior concrete, including:

• Garage and basement floors
• Patios, porches, walkways, and driveways
• Pool decks
• Concrete walls
• Porous concrete pavers
• Decorative concrete projects

It is ideal for both DIY projects and professional decorative concrete work.

IS IT PAINT?

No. WRC is a semi-transparent concrete stain—not an opaque paint or coating. It will not hide cracks, patches, trowel marks, repairs, or differences in the concrete. Those natural variations become part of the finished look.

CAN I USE IT ON PAINTED, SEALED, OR SMOOTH CONCRETE?

Not until the surface is properly prepared. WRC needs clean, sound, porous concrete so it can absorb into the surface. Remove old paint, sealer, curing compounds, adhesive, oil, wax, and contamination first.

A simple water test helps: water should soak in and darken the concrete. If it beads on top, the surface needs additional preparation.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COVER?

WRC must be diluted with clean water before use.

• 4:1 dilution — 4 parts water to 1 part stain for richer, deeper color
• 8:1 dilution — 8 parts water to 1 part stain for a lighter, more translucent finish

A 32 oz bottle makes 1.25 to 2.25 gallons of ready-to-use stain and covers approximately 150 to 300 sq. ft., depending on dilution, porosity, surface condition, application method, and number of coats.

HOW DO I APPLY IT?

Apply diluted WRC with a pump-up sprayer, sponge, rag, or brush. For the most natural, even color, apply multiple thin coats, keep a wet edge, and do not allow stain to puddle. Always test your color and dilution on the actual concrete before beginning the full project.

DO I NEED TO SEAL IT?

Yes. After the stain is fully dry, protect the finished surface with a compatible topical concrete sealer.

• Interior stained concrete: CR-515 Inside Acrylic
• Exterior stained concrete: CR-561 Outside Acrylic

WHAT IS INCLUDED?

One bottle of Concrete Resurrection WRC Water-Based Concrete Stain in your selected color and size.

IMPORTANT: Finished color can vary because every concrete surface absorbs stain differently. Test first for the best color and dilution choice.
