Condition — open box, please read
The carton has been opened, which is why it is listed as open box rather than new. The parts are still in their factory bags, as you can see in the photos, and the unit shows no sign of having been installed. I have not powered it up or tested it, so I am not going to claim it is tested — I am describing exactly what I can see and photograph. If it arrives and does not work, my 30-day return window covers you.

What you need to supply
This microphone connects to a Poly G7500 codec. The codec itself, and any licence or subscription your platform needs, are not included and are not part of this sale.

No manufacturer warranty and no software licence
I am not an authorized dealer for this brand, so this sale carries no manufacturer warranty. Manufacturers issue warranty to the original purchaser through an authorized dealer and do not transfer it to a second-hand buyer — that holds even when an item is unused, so please assume you have no factory coverage. No software licence, feature key, subscription or cloud service is included or transferred either; anything of that kind the product needs is a separate purchase from the manufacturer. What you are buying is the physical item exactly as described, backed by my own 30-day return window.

Shipping
Ships FedEx Ground from Livermore, California. Shipping is calculated from your ZIP code, so the amount shown above is your actual cost — nothing padded.

30-day returns. Buyer pays return shipping.
