Product Description

The HUSQVARNA 545174001 is an OEM air intake block designed to seal and direct airflow within the engine assembly of compatible Husqvarna outdoor power equipment. The air intake block serves as a structural interface between the carburetor and the engine block, maintaining the integrity of the air-fuel delivery path. A properly seated intake block prevents unmetered air infiltration that would otherwise lean out the fuel mixture and cause rough running, hard starts, or engine damage. Licensed technicians and qualified service professionals handle this repair as part of carburetor service or engine rebuild procedures.

This air intake block is intended for use on Husqvarna lawn and garden power equipment where the original intake block has cracked, warped, or failed to seal correctly. Typical applications include walk-behind equipment and handheld or backpack units that share this engine platform. Replacing a failed intake block restores proper carburetion and eliminates vacuum leaks that degrade engine performance and fuel efficiency.
