Product Description

The LENOVO 5h40w65012 is a CPU heatsink assembly with an integrated cooling fan designed for CML (Comet Lake) processor platforms. This unit is a genuine Lenovo replacement component built to manage thermal output from 6-core processor configurations. It draws heat away from the CPU die and exhausts it via the attached Delta fan assembly, maintaining safe operating temperatures under sustained load. Licensed technicians and depot repair specialists install this part during CPU cooler replacements or system-level thermal repairs on compatible Lenovo systems.

This heatsink and fan assembly is intended for Lenovo systems built on CML (Comet Lake) platform architecture with 6-core CPU configurations. It is a direct OEM replacement sourced from Lenovo parts inventory and is appropriate for professional service depot use or on-site repair by qualified technicians. The Delta fan designation identifies the fan supplier within the Lenovo supply chain, which is relevant when cross-referencing service manual fan variants.
