No request will be honored even if it is a gift for a friend or relative.
To save you money, we use the eBay SHIPPING CALCULATOR, which gives you exact charges for shipping to your zip code, including the small handling fee we add to cover our costs for boxes, packaging, etc.
We will gladly do a combine shipping for multiple items purchased from us to save you money.
If it appears that the shipper damaged your package during shipping, you must retain all included shipping materials, including the box, in order to file a claim.
Claim Process might take a full month or so, so please be patient! You will receive your refund once the claim has been paid by the shipping carrier.
Items damaged in shipping will not be returned to us; please retain them for inspection by the Shipping Carrier.
Remember that shipping times are controlled by the Shipping Company/Service Used.

RETURN POLICY

Your purchase of the above item comes with a 30-day warranty from date of purchase. If the item you purchase arrives DOA, stops functioning properly within the warranty period, or is significantly different than the one described, you can contact us with your intention to return it within 30 days of receiving it.
If you wish to return your item for any reason other than the ones stated above (DOA, broken, not as described), a restocking fee will be deducted from the refund to cover processing fees and re-stocking costs. Original and Return Shipping is not refunded. After 30 days, all sales are final.
All refunds must be approved by a message from us here on eBay and you will be issued RMA #. Any return MUST be sent back in the packaging it was received in, and include ALL accessories, cables, Remotes, Software, etc. the item(s) came with. We record all serial numbers, on items that have them, and these must match upon return.
If the same item is no longer in stock we will refund full payment including shipping.
"As is" items have a no return policy
Return Shipping and Handling is Not Refundable for Non-Defective item and will be subjected to a 15% restocking fee NO EXCEPTIONS.
