DESCRIPTION

The pneumatic cement butterfly valve/pneumatic dust butterfly valve is composed of two semi-valve bodies which are cast by gravity. The semi-valve body is made of aluminum alloy material, and the rotary valve plate is made of polymer material, which has good sealing property. The same round flange at the top and bottom, with a top flange and a hemmed part for a flexible sleeve. Powder butterfly valves are mainly used for switch boxes, hoppers and silos with powdered or granular materials. It can be applied to the treatment of all powdery and granular materials. The valve uses the gravity of the material to intercept and pneumatically transport dry materials. The powder butterfly valve can be mounted below the hopper, bin, silo, screw or other type of conveyor, and connected to the pneumatic conveying pipe. Due to the special construction of this valve and the use of engineering materials, it is always a very economical and extremely efficient choice.
