Product Description

The HUSQVARNA 582790201 is a genuine OEM mulch cover designed for 54-inch Clearcut mower decks. This deck cover seals the mulching chamber, keeping clippings recirculated beneath the deck for finer cuts and better distribution across the lawn. It is a direct-replacement structural component, meaning it restores the original geometry and airflow path that the deck was engineered around. Licensed HVAC techs and plumbers are not the audience here — this part is installed by outdoor power equipment technicians and experienced DIY operators maintaining their Husqvarna zero-turn or riding mower. Correct fitment to the 54-inch Clearcut deck platform is critical for proper mulching function.

This mulch cover is intended for use on Husqvarna riding mowers and zero-turn mowers equipped with the 54-inch Clearcut deck. It is suited to residential and light commercial lawn maintenance applications where mulching mode is used regularly. Replacing a cracked, warped, or missing mulch cover restores the sealed deck environment required for consistent mulching performance. This is a genuine OEM part, so dimensions, mounting points, and material thickness match the original factory specification without modification.
