Product Description

The TROY-BILT sb-22g-35901-03 is a replacement insulator gasket designed for use in Troy-Bilt lawn and garden power equipment. Insulator gaskets serve as a thermal and air seal between the carburetor and the engine intake, preventing heat transfer that can cause fuel vaporization and rough running. This gasket maintains proper airflow and fuel delivery by creating a reliable, leak-free joint at the carburetor mount. It is a direct OEM replacement part intended for installation by technicians and experienced equipment service professionals who are familiar with small engine carburetor service.

This insulator gasket is suited for Troy-Bilt outdoor power equipment applications where the original gasket has deteriorated, cracked, or is leaking. Typical service scenarios include carburetor removal for cleaning or rebuild, engine surging or stalling caused by air leaks at the intake, and routine preventive maintenance during seasonal engine service. Proper fitment of this gasket restores the integrity of the fuel and air system in the affected equipment.
