Q: WHAT SHIPPING COURIER DO YOU USE? HOW FAST?
A: Our system choose from either of DHL or FedEx as our standard couriers to worldwide destinations. A: Yes, you can use your own DHL/TNT/UPS/FEDEX courier account. But for UPS and TNT couriers, please create the shipping label and send it to us. We will then arrange the booking and pick-up service. Please finalize prior to purchase so we can revise the listing to zero out the shipping cost.

Q: DO YOU SHIP VIA POST OFFICE?
