Tiffins strives to earn your positive feedback so if any problem arises with your purchase, feel free to contact me and I will resolve it. Please contact me and a response will be given immediately (usually within a few hours at most if I'm out sourcing inventory) prior to leaving neutral/negative feedback. Tiffins does not accept returns unless a mistake on my part was made, in which case the buyer will be refunded. These issues work on a case by case basis. Communication through eBay's messaging system is key. Payment is due within 48 hours of purchase, unless special circumstances are arranged. Failure to contact within 7 days will result in a canceled order. If I don’t cancel the order; I will be charged for the transaction even if it was never paid for.

FAQ's

Do you combine shipping?

Yes, I am happy to combine shipping. Feel free to purchase any items and before paying, request a combined shipping invoice to save!

What if my item arrives damaged?

No worries, ALL items are insured by me and by the shipping provider. Simply send photos showing evidence of the damage when submitting your return and a prompt refund will be issued, including shipping within a few hours at most.

Do you accept returns?

If the item is not functional or not as described, I will be happy to issue a full refund. If the item was sold as is untested or for parts only, there are no returns. Every now and again I do make a mistake, and I make it right. Please contact me if you are not satisfied for any reason. Please resolve any issues with me first before leaving any neutral/negative feedback. A response will be given within a few hours at most.

When will you ship out my order?

All orders placed during business hours Monday-Friday will be sent out within 2 business days. Smaller items are shipped via Priority Mail (Carrier takes 1-3 business days). Larger items will be shipped via FedEx or UPS (Carrier takes 4-7 business days).

*Central and Pacific Time Zones should expect shipping more towards the higher number of days

Hours of Operation

Monday-Friday 7am EST-10pm EST

Saturday-Sunday 9am EST-7pm EST

How well will you pack my item?

I work hard to pack carefully. If your item is very fragile or heavy, it will be shipped in a wooden crate at no additional cost. I have had very few packages ever break, and it is almost always due to extreme negligence by a careless USPS, UPS or FedEx employee. I cannot control someone running over my package, but rest assure I will resolve the matter if your item is broken or never arrives, and I will NEVER leave a buyer to resolve it alone.

International Buyers:

We only ship outside the United States through eBay’s Global Shipping Program; unless I am contacted prior to your purchase and special arrangements are made. Due to the recent increase in shipping rates; please ask for a shipping quote prior to purchasing.
