Physical condition is good. It powers on and has passed an Electrical Safety Test to AS/NZS 3760 standard, it came from a working lab environment.

Warranty & Condition

All our items fall under three categories; "Tested and Working", "Powered On" and "Untested". For all returns, return shipping costs must be paid for by the customer and original shipping costs will not be refunded. Tested and Working

Items that are tested and working include a 7 Day, Return to base warranty. We accept returns if an item is not as advertised in the written description or if it fails to perform a function that is expected of it. Buyer may responsible for all return shipping costs.

Powered On

If an item is listed as "Powered On" we mean that the item turns on and no faults are visible or audible. We will accept returns where an item does not power on. We cannot guarantee the functionality of the item. This method of testing ensures we can keep the cost of our items down. We will always list any faults we are aware of.

Untested

Many of our items are sold as Untested and also may include incomplete items. For the most part, this is to keep our costs down to ensure the lowest prices for our customers. For untested items we do not accept any returns. Untested items provide our customers with the opportunity to assess goods, fix and purchase them "as is" for a heavily reduced rate.

Master Card,Visa & AMEX payments can be made by completing our credit card form and emailing / faxing it back to us. We also accept Credit Card payment on pickup. Surcharges apply.

Bank Transfer
For bank payments please request bank details. Please pay exact amount and use eBay user id as a reference.

Shipping

Where possible we provide all shipping costs in the eBay shipping calculator. Please enter your postcode (Australia) or country (International) for the total cost of shipping. Items that have calculated shipping are sent using Australia Post e-Parcel Service (Domestic) and Australia Post Airmail Service (International). Both of these services are traceable in the event of a lost of delayed delivery but are not traceable i.e. realtime delivery updates are not available.

For items that are too large for this service, we use Star Track Express (Domestic) and FedEX International Couriers (International). For shipping quotes on these items please contact us directly as eBay does not allow for the calculation of costs using these services. We prefer to use international courier (FedEX) only for all sales above $500 AUD to oversea shipping.

For multiple items, we offer a 10% discount on the cost of shipping. Customers are welcome to pickup items or arrange their own courier service.

In case you receive wrong products due to shipping error, please contact us for exchange or refund. If it's damaged , please refuse to accept and contact us as soon as possible.
