New Surplus items may have been installed but never powered up. These may show signs of installation such as mounting holes, removed knockouts and paint scratches.

Shipping

We will ship any item 70 Lbs. or less within 1 business day after payment is received, and any freight item within 2 business days once item is paid for. It may take longer if any modifications, additions, or services are added to item. Allow an additional 10 days for reconditioned items. If you need your item expedited please advise us and we can quote the extra fees. Local pick up is also available for any item purchased. All freight items are quoted as business to business delivery unless it is specified the delivery address is a residence, which will cost extra. A dock or forklift is required for all freight deliveries to a business. If you would like to use your own package or freight account please advise us when you make your purchase and shipping costs will be removed from the invoice. Also provide the account number, service needed, and carrier information.

Return Policy

We will honor a return if the buyer contacts us within 30 days after receiving the item. Accepted reasons for returning an item are if it is defective, or not as described in the listing.
