HELPFUL HINTS FOR ALL

We have been an eBay buyer and seller for a number of years. We have been misled and sold miss-advertised items every once in a while, but we take steps to protect ourselves. Here are a few things you can do to protect yourself.

Read all the seller's policies.
Check seller's feedback but remember not all negative feedback represent normal business practices.
Email the seller to get a better feel for their customer service and product. Upon end of transaction, print out all documentation in case something goes wrong.
Buy only when you feel comfortable, if something makes you feel uncomfortable, move on.
A seller should be happy to provide you with contact info, if not, be weary when entering into a transaction.
You can contact previous customers about their experience with the seller.
Contact the manufacturers to confirm "authorized dealers", not everyone is authorized that say they are.
If it looks too good to be true, it probably is.
Try to pay using a credit card, if something goes wrong you have added protection. We hope that these tips help you get the best out of your eBay transactions! Good luck and happy Ebaying!
