Nokia CS7299413 WBVB Bias Tee T900 VSWR BTS Antenna Cables Original Box

Nokia CS7299413 WBVB Bias Tee T900 VSWR BTS Antenna Cables Original Box

The Nokia CS7299413 WBVB is a bias tee designed for use in Nokia T900 base transceiver station (BTS) antenna feed lines. A bias tee in this application injects DC voltage onto an RF coaxial line to power a remote device — such as a tower-mounted amplifier (TMA) or mast-head amplifier (MHA) — while simultaneously allowing the RF signal to pass through. The WBVB designation indicates this unit's role in the VSWR (Voltage Standing Wave Ratio) monitoring path, enabling the BTS to detect antenna line faults and reflection conditions without interrupting normal operation.

Applications

Bias tees of this type are used in Nokia's GSM and cellular base station infrastructure to supply DC power to tower-mounted amplifiers (TMAs) or mast-head amplifiers (MHAs) over the existing RF coax feed line, eliminating the need for a separate DC power run up the tower. The VSWR monitoring function allows the BTS to continuously measure reflected power on the antenna line, flagging faults such as a disconnected antenna, damaged cable, or connector failure. This unit is labeled for the 900 MHz band (T900) and integrates into Nokia's BTS PITA (Plug-In Tower Accessory) system architecture, which was widely deployed in Nokia 2G and early 3G base stations from the late 1990s through the 2000s. These components remain in demand for maintaining legacy Nokia cell sites still in service, as well as for refurbishment and repair depots supporting Nokia-era GSM infrastructure.

Condition: Used
This Nokia CS7299413 WBVB Bias Tee was pulled from a working BTS environment where it was in active use. The unit has been inspected and is in good used condition. The white housing is clean with no cracks or significant damage. The BTS-side 7-16 DIN connector and PITA multi-pin connector appear in good shape. The antenna-side face shows some oxidation/discoloration on the brass mounting flange area, which is visible in the photos and consistent with field use. The cables are included in their original ESD bag and appear intact. The original Nokia box is included. Please view our photo set and contact us if you have any questions. Please note: We have multiple units in stock — yours may not be the one shown in the photos, however, it will be similar in condition and function.
