RETURN POLICY

For returns, we accept returns for up to 14 days upon delivery. We ask that you please open up a return within eBay returns, which can be found by going to “Purchase History” and selecting the return option from the drop down menu for the particular item. Please do not just send an item back because we do assign return ID’s. Refunds will be issued upon the delivery of the item back to us.

If item is returned in nonsalable condition (worn, washed, and without hangtags attached), a 20% restocking fee is taken off of your refund.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We do not simply just do an exchange. What we do is have you return the item using our return policy. Then upon receiving the return, we will complete a refund. You will then have the option to buy an item as an exchange if you so choose.

SALES TAX

When you buy an item, taxes may be applicable to your purchase and may vary depending on a variety of factors, such as:

Price of the item
Nature of the item
Delivery address of your order

Even if you live in a state that does not impose a sales tax, you may still see tax calculated on your order if it is shipped to a state that does impose a tax. Similarly, sales tax may still be applicable if you live outside of the United States.

If you are a tax-exempt buyer, please contact eBay customer service to apply to the buyer exemption system that allows you to submit sales tax exemption certificates to eBay and make purchases without paying sales tax.

PAYMENT POLICY

Please complete payment within 48 hours of purchase. We accept Paypal and eChecks.

CANCELLING A TRANSACTION

If you no longer want an item please immediately send us a transaction cancellation or contact us to send you one. This will avoid us opening an unpaid item case.

SHIPPING/HANDLING TIME POLICY

Please pay attention to the handling time listed for the items. Usually we will offer 1 business day handling time, however, sometimes we will extend that. Also, the handling time is for business days (Monday-Friday). For instance, if you purchase an item on Friday, it will not be handled until Monday and will be dropped off Monday afternoon or Tuesday morning. During the other days of the week, we will get the items out by handling them the day after purchase. Please see the hours of operation below to see what the cutoff time is for getting a package out.

SHIPPING METHODS INCLUDE USPS, UPS AND PILOT FREIGHT.

LEAVING YOU FEEDBACK

Feedback will be left for buyers at the end of each week (Friday) for that week of sales.

LEAVING US FEEDBACK

Please do not just straight to neutral or negative feedback before contacting us. We are more than happy to help you try to resolve any issues you have.

PROBLEMS WITH YOUR ITEM

If you are not satisfied with your item or have a problem with the fit of it, PLEASE contact us first before opening up a return or a case because I can resolve almost all issues and that makes it easy for both of us.

HOURS OF OPERATION for Shipping (all times EST)

Monday-Friday: 7:00AM – 7:00PM EST

MESSAGE POLICY

We will try to answer messages as quickly as possible and are not holding ourselves specifically to these hours, but these are just some general guidelines.

If you do not hear from us within the stated times please send the message again because they often do get lost going through eBay and with so many buyers.

HOLIDAYS

All days that are considered national holidays will not be considered business days.

ABOUT OUR BUSINESS

We sell a large selection of new, surplus and used items. We buy from business liquidations, closeouts, foreclosures, freight auctions and a variety of other sources.
