Suitable for bits with 4 mm Halfmoon drive (and Wera Serie 9) and 4 mm HIOS drive (and Wera Series 21). Preset torque bit screwdrivers are permanently set to a specific torque and cannot be changed by the end user. They can accept tool bits so they can torque a variety of screwhead types and sizes. The handle is turned to rotate the fastener and the screwdriver makes a "click" sound when the desired torque has been reached.
