If you want any change in invoice value, it should be discussed before ordering and payment.

Generally, shipment through DHL, Fedex, UPS, Aramex, Shiprocket etc. If you have any preference, please inform us at the time of ordering. If you feel shipping charges are more for some of the heavier items, we both can revise the charges and send through Air-Cargo or Sea.

All the charges and delivery related formalities whatsoever (Agent Clearing, Import duties and brokerage fees charges etc.) at the delivery country is to be paid by Buyer

Return shipping paid by Seller: If buyer received the order not as described, or item not in proper working condition, and the seller agrees to.

Return shipping paid by Buyer: If there is any mistake in ordering the item by the buyer

Return Procedure : Inform us for any issues, and if not resolved buyer need to follow the return procedure, This is to avoid additional import duty for our supplied item. You need to pack it, provide necessary documents, valuation according to what we mention and send the item back through the logistic service provider we mention at that time.
