FREIGHT SHIPPING

Buyer is responsible for setting up freight shipping, once buyer pays for item, we will send the information needed to set up trucking, we have forklifts and loading dock.

If international shipping is available to your delivery location via the United States Postal Service, we are happy to ship via USPS Express upon request. Please request USPS Express services before making payment. Should the eBay estimated shipping charges to your location be incorrect, On-Site Industrial Services LLC reserves the right to invoice you for any additional shipping costs. Local Pickup:

We also provide local pickup for those near by that want to come get product and avoid fees and shipping charges will send address once item is purchased and local pickup is selected. Have QR or digit code that will be sent to you in email, we won't be able to release product without code.

Returns:

We guarantee each sold item to be in the said condition stated on the corresponding listing. We don't offer a 30-day free return policy on damaged or defective sold items. Please note, the condition of all sold items is reviewed prior to shipment. Serial numbers are recorded for PCB boards and high value items prior to shipping. Once a returned item has been inspected and confirmed defective/damaged, a replacement unit will ship. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued. However, our liability will not extend beyond the original purchase price of any item. We reserve the right to cancel transactions made in error, e.g. database glitches resulting in underpriced surplus.
