Description

BCNet-S7300 Data Acquisition Module MPI/DP to TCP Ethernet Module for Siemens S7-200/300/400 Ethernet Data Acquisition

Description:
- BCNet-S7300 is used for Ethernet data acquisition for Siemens S7-200 / SMART S7-200 / S7-300 / S7-400 / for Siemens CNC 840D, 840DSL and other PLCs, making it very convenient to build a production management system.
- BCNet-S7300 does not occupy the PLC programming port, that is, the programming software/upper computer software monitors and collects PLC data through Ethernet, while the touch screen can communicate with the PLC through the extended RS485 port.
- BCNet-S7300 supports the vast majority of SCADA software in the industrial control field, as well as S7TCP Ethernet protocol for Siemens and for ModbusTCP protocol.

Function:
- Supports multi master communication, and the expansion port can be connected to a touch screen or other master stations.
- Parameter settings and running diagnostics can be performed on devices through a WEB server or the configuration diagnostic tool BCDevice.
- Adaptive baud rate of 9.6Kbps ~ 6Mbps.
- Directly installed on the PPI/MPI/PROFIBUS communication port of the PLC, without the need for external power supply.
- Supports for Siemens S7 Ethernet communication drivers, including for MicroWIN, for STEP7, for TIA, for WinCC, etc.
- Users can use advanced language programming (such as VB, VC, C #, etc.) according to BCNetS7 protocol to realize data communication with S7-200/300/400, which is convenient for developing production management system.
- Provide BCNetS7 OPC server for free, supporting SCADA communication with PLC via OPC channel.
- Integrated with Modbus TCP server, the Modbus data area can be automatically or edited mapped to the S7-200/300/400 register.
- It can simultaneously achieve S7TCP connection and ModbusTCP communication, supporting up to 32 upper computer connections.
- Support firmware updates on the user side through Ethernet.
