YH Surplus Store – Return Policy

We do not accept returns or refunds.

All items are sold as-is, and we do our best to present their current condition honestly through detailed photos and descriptions. Because eBay limits the number of photos, if you require additional testing, specific photos, or videos demonstrating the equipment's functionality, please contact us. We’re more than happy to assist according to your instructions.

Pricing is set fairly based on item condition — please proceed only if you feel it’s a good value.

We are not a refurbishing company and cannot guarantee full functionality.

We trust our buyers to understand this, and we hope to avoid any disputes.

Thank you for respecting our policy.

YH Surplus Store – Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide from Taiwan.

Due to the variety of international destinations and item sizes, we can only set a few fixed shipping templates on eBay. As a result, the listed shipping fees may sometimes be overestimated — especially for bulky or heavy items.

If you’d like a more accurate shipping quote, please message us with your country name and postal code. We’re happy to check and offer the most precise shipping rate for your location.

We currently work with UPS, FedEx, and DHL, and we will always select the most cost-effective option based on your region. If you have a preferred courier, feel free to let us know.

We also welcome buyers who prefer to use their own shipping agents. Local pickup is available by arrangement, including for ocean freight services.

If choosing local pickup, please send us your eBay pickup QR code or 6-digit pickup authorization code before collection.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

🇺🇸 Important Notice for U.S. Buyers – August 2025 Tariff Policy Update

Starting in late August 2025, the United States will remove the de minimis exemption for imported goods.

This means all shipments, regardless of value, may be subject to U.S. import duties or taxes.

U.S. customs duties are generally based on the country of origin of the product, not the shipping country.

Although our items are shipped from Taiwan, most are manufactured in the U.S., Germany, or Japan, and the applicable duty rate will depend on that origin marking.

We usually photograph the original country-of-manufacture label for reference.

If you need confirmation of the origin for any item, please contact us before purchase.

These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost, and are the buyer’s responsibility upon delivery.

💬 If you have any special requests regarding invoice values or customs declarations, please contact us before purchasing. We are happy to assist in making your import process as smooth and cost-effective as possible.
