Product Features

High Efficiency: The high yield of 250 books per hour makes it suitable for environments with significant daily binding demands.
High Capacity: The large capacity of 42 mm thickness allows it to handle very thick documents that smaller desktop binders cannot process.
Industrial Design: The significant weight and power consumption confirm it is a professional and stationary piece of equipment, not a light-duty office tool.
High Bookbinding Quality: The dual-cutter design improves the stability and consistency of bookbinding and ensures the books can be kept flat and orderly after repeated browsing.
Precision Temperature Control: The temperature knob can well control the temperature of the adhesive tank, ensuring the fluidity of the hot melt adhesive is located in an optimal state all the time.

Control Panel

The control panel is of a simple structure, integrates multiple switches and knobs to achieve manual control over power, milling, glue box, temperature and square / round corner adjustment, well meeting different bookbinding requirements.

Book Clamping & Processing Assembly

The book clamping mechanism can be manually controlled to be opened and closed quickly, the milling cutter and sun cutter are combined to improve the adhesive firmness, and the precision positioning and milling are achieved.

Adhesive Coating Unit

The large-volume adhesive pot is matched with the adhesive wheel and adhesive scraping part, effectively achieving appropriate adhesive coating. Adhesive heating is quick and uniform, and the preheating time is effectively shortened.

Cover Mounting Assembly

The accurate and adjustable positioning scale is integrated on the platform, enabling the book cover to be bound with paper sheets firmly and precisely, preventing the book cover from deviation and improving the bookbinding precision.

Residue Box

The drawer type detachable residue box is made of sturdy and wear-proof materials, has a sufficient storage space, can effectively collect and discharge paper scraps and residues generated by milling, and improves the practicability.

Supporting Legs

The rubber supporting legs are wear-proof and anti-skid, can stably support the machine body on the workbench, prevent the machine body from movement during operation, and have good shock absorption and noise reduction.

Operation Method

Take out the machine and place it on the horizontal workbench.
Plug the power cord to a well connected (3-core) grounding socket.
Turn on the red power switch, adjust the temperature to 155–165 degrees, adjust the pressure to "8" position and then sustain for around 8 seconds.
The heating time of this machine is about 15–20 minutes. A ticking sound will be heard when the machine warms up well, and then it can be ready for work.
Place the inner pages flat into the paper clamping platform and tighten the hand wheel, push the "start", hold the handwheel and push the handle from the left to the right at a constant speed. Loosen the handwheel and take out the book when the binding on the right platform is finished and fall down automatically, and then let the machine back to the left origin.
Keep the made-files on a smooth platform for at least 10 minutes until the glue cools down to make sure the files are bound firmly.
Pull out the dust box from the back of the machine and clean it after 50 made-files are finished. This can keep the machine always running well.
