This 12-Inch PVC Belt Firewood Conveyor is built for efficient handling, stacking, and transferring of firewood, sandbags, bricks, and other solid materials in outdoor, farm, ranch, or industrial environments. Powered by a reliable 6.5 HP (208cc) Briggs & Stratton CR950 gasoline engine with EPA certification, this conveyor delivers consistent performance through a hydraulic-driven system that allows smooth belt speed adjustment.

The 31-foot long PVC belt (12-inch width, 5mm thick) provides stable material flow and excellent wear resistance. With a manual winch height adjustment, you can set the discharge height up to 118 inches (9.8 ft) and lock it securely for safe operation at various working angles. The heavy-duty steel frame, together with rubber tubeless tires and a tow hitch, makes relocation across job sites effortless.

Load Capacity Note: The total load on the entire 12-inch belt conveyor must not exceed 110 lbs (50 kg). Individual items should weigh less than 66 lbs (30 kg) – a limit based on trough, belt strength, and safety for a potential 9.8-ft drop. This conveyor is not suitable for loose grains, small particles, or unpackaged liquids, as they may leak through gaps and cannot be conveyed upward.

Whether you need to stack firewood, load a truck, or move bagged materials, this orange and green conveyor offers a powerful, portable, and practical solution.

Features

Heavy-Duty Steel Frame Construction – Built to withstand demanding outdoor firewood handling and material transfer tasks. Durable powder-coated finish in orange and green for high visibility.
12-Inch Wide PVC Belt (31 ft Long) – Belt thickness of 0.20 inch (5 mm) offers excellent wear resistance and stable material transport. Smooth and continuous flow with auxiliary rollers.
Powerful 6.5 HP Briggs & Stratton Engine – EPA-certified, 208cc OHV engine provides reliable, efficient power. Recoil start ensures simple operation even in remote areas.
Hydraulic Drive with Variable Belt Speed – Engine directly powers a hydraulic motor. Belt speed is adjustable by controlling engine throttle, with a maximum speed of 0.7 m/s. Offers smooth acceleration and consistent torque.
Manual Winch Height Adjustment – Easily raise or lower the discharge end from ground level up to 118 inches (9.8 ft). Securely lock the height at any position for safe, hands-free operation at your desired working angle.
Portable Design with Tow Hitch & Rubber Tires – Equipped with 5.00×7-8 tubeless tires and a rugged tow hitch. Move the conveyor around the yard, between job sites, or to the woodpile with ease.
Clear Load Capacity Guidelines – Maximum total load on the entire belt: 110 lbs (50 kg). Single item weight limit: 66 lbs (30 kg) – designed for firewood, sandbags, bricks, block-shaped materials, and bagged/contained liquids. Note: Do not use with loose grains, sand, small particles, or unpackaged liquids.
Safe & Operator-Friendly – Lockable height mechanism prevents accidental lowering. The manual winch and hydraulic drive reduce sudden movements. Stable steel frame minimizes vibration during operation.
Versatile Material Handling – In addition to firewood, safely convey bagged concrete, sandbags, bricks, landscaping blocks, and even liquid-filled containers (properly sealed, <66 lbs each). Ideal for farms, orchards, construction sites, and residential firewood processing.
