Why the TREIF PUMA 700 EB Is a Great Investment-2012

For the right operation, the real value of this machine is the combination of speed + consistency + labor savings + yield. Instead of employees manually portioning hundreds or thousands of pieces, the PUMA can automate a major part of the process while producing repeatable cuts.

It is an especially strong fit for meat processors, butcher shops, steak and portion-cutting operations, grocery commissaries, restaurant suppliers, central kitchens, bacon and pork processors, and other high-volume food-production facilities.

The ability to handle multiple products also means you’re not purchasing a machine that is useful for only one menu item. A properly configured PUMA can be used across numerous applications, allowing a processor to adapt production as demand changes.
