Packing / Crating: We are proud of our professional packing / crating and have not had a damaged shipment in years. Depending on the weight and density of the goods we use cardboard boxes, with bubble wrap and/or closed cell foam for padding. Heavier shipments (over 20 pounds), like small transformers, electric motors and hydraulic valves are typically placed on wooden base plates inside a heavy duty cardboard box with wooden runners on the outside of the box.

Heavier items (over 100 pounds) will generally get strapped onto a wooden pallet and shrink wrapped. Full wooden crates as well packing for international sea freight with moisture absorbent film and ISPM15 certified wood can be provided at a surcharge.

Dometekshop offers multiple domestic shipping options. Please hit the “see details” button to the right side of the price and the different options will display. We also enjoy great shipping rates with Fedex and UPS.
Overnight shipments – not a problem. We offer Fedex Standard Overnight as one shipping option for most of our listings. Please contact us if you need a different shipping mode.
For overseas shipments, we offer USPS, DHL and Fedex.
We also ship on customer's account with DHL and FedEx and UPS
We will combine shipments whenever possible and issued many partial shipping refunds.
If your order is received by noon time EST there is a 90% chance that it will ship the same day. Heavy weight shipments may require more time to build wooden shipping crates.

Warranty: Unless noted otherwise, our standard warranty extends for 30 days after customer receipt, but no longer than 35 days after shipment.

Warranty Exclusions:

NO WARRANTY is provided in case of trans-shipments
NO WARRANTY is provided for consumable items and wear / tear parts which are part of bigger items; e.g. suction cups as part of handling units, oil inside pumps and gear boxes, batteries and memory cards inside controllers and drivers.
